Tips for home buying

First, some details

So, you’ve decided that it’s time to buy. Great! First things first though. What kind of house…and where? What kind of payment can you handle every month, and how does that translate to a purchase budget?

Be focused

It’s not always easy being a hopeful homeowner, especially in a hot market. With your details worked out though, it’s time now to hit the market and fight off all of that competition from other buyers, so get yourself in the mindset to WIN.

A dose of realism

This seems to trip up a lot of buyers before they get started. I know it’s tough to hear, but not every house actually looks like a certain HGTV celebrity couple just spent the GDP of a small country on ship lap related renovations.

“Professional, honest, direct, and calls it like they see it. You will enjoy working with Jeff and Cheryl. They represent the client’s best interest without hesitation.”

“We recently relocated to this area and had the good fortune to cross paths with Jeff. He is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with! He is very knowledgeable and observant. He listens to our preferences but also gives good advice. He is very professional, punctual and accommodating.”
